I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this place.. Jennifer Peoples was my sales rep and she was just amazing! I had gotten there quite late (an hour before closing time on a Sunday) but throughout the whole process she did show any signs of annoyance or anything. She was super helpful and friendly the whole time and so was everyone else who had to stay an hour and a half past closing time just for us (sorry!). I believe my financial person was named Craig? I stopped an looked at vehicle and I was greeted by Campbell. He was very polite and not pushy at all. The experience was great I was in and out in the matter of a few hours. The finance department worked fast and we were able to get the deal done and I was able to go on my way. I want to thank Campbell and the Finance department for making this purchase easy and affordable.

Phil Turley, the sales representative, helped get my wife and I into our first Mercedes, I purchased a CLA250. This car has been on my list of dream cars to own, Phil did everything possible to get me the one I wanted. He is genuinely amiable and knowledgeable. This by far was the best, easiest, stress free and no pressure car purchase I have ever made! Jennifer Peoples was my sales gal. She was so personable and not pushy at all. From the sale, to finance, to having someone go over the car completely and show me all the features, everyone was kind, courteous, professional yet personable. Phil Turley is the salesman of the year in our opinion! He will not rest until you are united with the car of your dreams! He's been our salesman for many many years and will continue to be forever! He is extremely knowledgable and explains things in a human way. He did not let us down and he's not the "cheesy" salesman either. The whole team at sangera in Bakersfield watches out for eachother and will do anything to be the best. They worked above and beyond to make sure our car was perfect when we rolled home with it.

Purchasing a car is typically a very stressful experience for me, at least it was until I met Jennifer Peoples. She was so patient with me as a chose the perfect car for my needs. She was patient and avalible, and most importantly NOT PUSHY! I have purchased 2 cars from her and I will never go anywhere else again! My experiences have been nothing but positive :)

Jennifer Peoples and Leo were Awesome in helping us with the purchase of our used car. She was kind, funny and not pushy at all! PJ in finance was also great. Usually the worst part of purchasing the car and she made it fast!!!
