I've been browsing Cargurus & autotrader for the past few months looking for an Acura TSX Wagon. I had to expand my search within a 200 mile radius around the city Las Vegas. Just bought my first mercedes at Sangera. Javier was my sales man and he was awesome. The fastest salesman worker I've ever work with. He got the deals done in matter of mins. Compared to working with others you'd wait 20+mins. He's very informative and knowledgeable on his cars. And still to this day I can send a text and him reply in less than a min with my answer. Trust me when I say you will be happy with him and his service is great.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this place.. Jennifer Peoples was my sales rep and she was just amazing! I had gotten there quite late (an hour before closing time on a Sunday) but throughout the whole process she did show any signs of annoyance or anything. She was super helpful and friendly the whole time and so was everyone else who had to stay an hour and a half past closing time just for us (sorry!). I believe my financial person was named Craig? I stopped an looked at vehicle and I was greeted by Campbell. He was very polite and not pushy at all. The experience was great I was in and out in the matter of a few hours. The finance department worked fast and we were able to get the deal done and I was able to go on my way. Phil Turley, the sales representative, helped get my wife and I into our first Mercedes, I purchased a CLA250. This car has been on my list of dream cars to own, Phil did everything possible to get me the one I wanted. He is genuinely amiable and knowledgeable. This by far was the best, easiest, stress free and no pressure car purchase I have ever made! Jennifer Peoples was my sales gal. She was so personable and not pushy at all.
