This dealership should be avoided at all costs. They do dishonest business. If you find yourself needing to get your car serviced at this dealership, question everything they say needs to get done. They have tried to screw me out of nearly $1000 over to separate visits. Luckily, I wasn't as stupid as they believed and called them out for their lying ways.

Terrible, just terrible. While traveling, the battery in my E550 went dead. OK, no biggie. I'll get a jump from from AAA, and get a new battery put in at the local dealer and be on my way without having to worry about further problems with the battery. I call the dealer and let the receptionist know I need a battery installed. She promptly transfers me to the parts department. The parts guy says they have the right battery in stock. Plan on renting your own car even if you are having warranty work done, and plan on getting the run around especially if you have a rare car. I had to take my 2007 PEZV E350 into this dealership for some factory warranty covered work to be done.
