Zero stars. Please read my Google review for the sister store Sangera Subaru. You won't ever go there again. And don't let anyone you know go to these disreputable dealerships either. They are the worst!

Sangera Mercedes is the definition of bad service. My family had a blown tire on our way to Modesto from Los Angles last Saturday in our EQS 580. Our car was towed to this Bakersfield dealership and the service department told us a new tire needed to be ordered and we would not get the car back till Monday. The service person informed us since we were not their customer we would not get a loaner vehicle. We have a two year old baby with no way of getting back home and were stranded. I was very hesitant to call this dealership after reading all the reviews but I did because is the only one in Bakersfield (we recently moved here) I called to schedule an appointment for a RECALL notification and I was told that if you didn't buy your car there or haven't stablished a relationship with that specific dealer you would not be provided with a LOANER... my car was part of a recall on the sunroof and airbag, I brought it in, they replaced the airbag and tried to charge me for the SRS diagnostic. they said the SRS would remain on and quoted me to fix it. I declined and got in my car and the SRS light was off. ( and they tried to charge me to fix it before seeing it) I was cleaning my car the next day and noticed my floor mat was not there anymore. after that I checked my sun roof which was not operating properly after they worked on it. I purchased two vehicles f3om here a merecedes 2108 cla and a hyndai elantra I asked for I inspections for the elantra that I paid over 10000 for they told me to get a lawyer. So guess what I'm coming for you. They said the manager they don't have to provide documents of them inspectiing a vehicle prior to you purchasing it from them so I would not buy f3im this dealership see you in court as this manager told me

If I could leave no stars on this Mercedes Benz dealership I would! So disappointed not only I thought buying a Mercedes Benz I was going to get treated like royalty but that was the complete opposite! I took my car to get the Service A maintenance! I was told I would get a loaner meanwhile the car was getting serviced! *They don't give loaner vehicles to first time customers at this dealership* My mom called to bring her car in for service but was told by staff that she won't be able to get a loaner car because they have a policy against giving loaner vehicles to first time customers.
