I had the best experience with Mercedes-Benz, from my salesman Philip Ramires, to the sales manger Mike and also with the finance manager Tiffany. I had a very smooth process from the beginning to the end. No pressure and didn't feel rushed at all. Philip really listen to what I wanted. The whole team was genuinely the best people in sales I ever met. I had bad customer service with BMW and Everyone at Mercedes-Benz literally spoiled me and I appreciate each of you for all the help. I just bought a gently used car from here and it was smooth thanks to Surinder, the internet sales manager. Once we had agreed upon a price and got my financing approved, Surinder held the car without deposit while I drove down from Northern California. He was able to get me a better rate from my credit union (Golden1) than I was able to get myself. Harry is a great sales person. He went above and beyond to help us buy a sprinter van. He delivered it to our door and even threw some rubber mats into the sale. When talking about warranty's and GAP insurance he was obviously giving us advice on what he felt was best for our circumstances and not just to make more money. We felt like he had our best interest in mind would happily do business with him again. I've had some issues over the years with mechanical problems with my two cars I've purchased from MB of Bakersfield, but I am really grateful for everything John Hoffman in the service department has done to help me and for his professionalism.
