Check engine light came on in my wife's car so guess who gets to drive it down to the dealership. Pulled in at 8:30 for our appointment. A smiling friendly Bailey checked me in took all my info. The car will be here all day. Fresh coffee and water are available in the comfortable waiting area. A nice selection of beautiful autos are in the showroom. The best experience while purchasing my vehicle. Not only did I feel very comfortable and welcomed, Paula was more than amazing, showing me everything available!very sweet and easy to work with made me feel amazing through the whole transaction. Beyond happy to have purchased my latest vehicle here. Surinder, the internet sales manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me in finding the vehicle I needed quicker than I imagined and was both professional and very hospitable. We recently purchased a used vehicle from MB of Bakersfield, Javier made the whole process extremely easy and smooth, found the car we wanted and he gave us all of our options before we made our final decision, definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Philip Ramirez has been amazing. Leased me my Mercedes in 2019 and loved it. Sold me another car last year and my experience was great. Definitely would go back for another vehicle. And I live an hour and a half away from Bakersfield. Highly recommend. This dealership has taken great care of me.
