Beyond happy to have purchased my latest vehicle here. Surinder, the internet sales manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me in finding the vehicle I needed quicker than I imagined and was both professional and very hospitable. Tiffany from the finance department was also exceptional and very knowledgable throughout the process. Excited to refer this team to any friends and family looking for a Mercedes!
We recently purchased a used vehicle from MB of Bakersfield, Javier made the whole process extremely easy and smooth, found the car we wanted and he gave us all of our options before we made our final decision, definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Will be referring all my friends and family in the future to Javier and the MB of Bakersfield team.

That was my wife's review. I like Mercedes Benz and understand all options and suggested treatment plans cars need. To me its better than buying a new car.

Philip Ramirez has been amazing. Leased me my Mercedes in 2019 and loved it. Sold me another car last year and my experience was great. Definitely would go back for another vehicle. And I live an hour and a half away from Bakersfield. Highly recommend. This dealership has taken great care of me.

They actually came through for me at exactly the price they quoted me It was a bumpy road at first as I counted on what I was told to find out. Things had changed Perhaps the only thing I have to say is tell folks what to expect and make it happen Any how thank you. Highly recommend Mercedes of Bakersfield. I came up from LA to work with Nick Sakowski. I walked in without an appointment just as he was about to leave for the evening but helped me with exactly what I needed. He never made me feel pressured and understood exactly what type of payment and vehicle I needed. I didn't end up going with Mercedes' but Nick stayed in touch with me all the way up to the car arriving to the dealership. He's upfront and will make your car buying or leasing experience like one you've never had.

So friendly and helpful!! I love Mercedes Benz! They get me in the next for any maintenance I need !! They keep you informed of what's going on and try to help in anyway they can ! I travel an hour away to Mercedes of Bakersfield. They never hesitate to give me a loner car and have my services done within a few hours!
Surinder is an exceptional sales person. The attention and service he prided me was top notch. From beginning to end, he was professional, kind and helpful. He made sure I was informed on how to use my new car features and even gave me his UBC cable so I can use my apple play. PJ in finance is extraordinary. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal. She is kind, professional and relatable. Very happy I went to this dealership to purchase my first Benz!
