After doing some research, I was interested in a certified used Subaru Outback that I saw on their website. I contacted Nick over the phone and the process couldn't have gone smoother. He had the car cleaned and prepped for a test drive and started paperwork before I even went in. He was kind, helpful, and transparent with pricing and I left knowing that I got a fair deal on the vehicle. Easiest car buying experience of my life. Thanks Nick!

Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield has been a solid spot for me,since purchasing my ride in 2023 especially now with Laura as my service rep. I met her a few months ago when she was in training, and now she's excellent at her job. John, the service manager, is super friendly and has the knowledge to explain any questions with total confidence. EVERYTHING Went Super Well! I came in, for a limited time detail special, that was mailed to our home. As always, they went above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure that I didn't have to wait too long. I didn't mind, because it's always like OLD HOME WEEK here! I even went to visit Bryan, our wonderful service writer and friend, for about 35 years, where he now works, at the Subaru Dealer next door. Check engine light came on in my wife's car so guess who gets to drive it down to the dealership. Pulled in at 8:30 for our appointment. A smiling friendly Bailey checked me in took all my info. The car will be here all day. Fresh coffee and water are available in the comfortable waiting area. A nice selection of beautiful autos are in the showroom. The best experience while purchasing my vehicle. Not only did I feel very comfortable and welcomed, Paula was more than amazing, showing me everything available!very sweet and easy to work with made me feel amazing through the whole transaction.
