Very unprofessional. The service department needs training to better support your product. My vehicle was in your shop for a week. When I was called to pick it up, all that was done was a potential bill for work not completed and no parts ordered. Took it to a different shop and the work was completed in 45 minutes. Brought my jeep in last year to get the top fixed. They did everything but fixed the top but ensured they would order the part to fix the top when I bring it back. I bought it back, tried to get someone to look at what needed fixed. Nobody would walk outside but told me service would look at it and call me. Dealership service department works well with my ongoing issues of my Ram 3500. Frustrating ongoing issues and just found out yesterday from Chrysler/Dodge that the drive shafts that were delivered to your department were damaged? I reached out to you service dept. but have not heard back from them as of yet.
