Very unprofessional. The service department needs training to better support your product. My vehicle was in your shop for a week. When I was called to pick it up, all that was done was a potential bill for work not completed and no parts ordered. Took it to a different shop and the work was completed in 45 minutes. Brought my jeep in last year to get the top fixed. They did everything but fixed the top but ensured they would order the part to fix the top when I bring it back. I bought it back, tried to get someone to look at what needed fixed. Nobody would walk outside but told me service would look at it and call me. Service called a few weeks later and said I needed a new top. I knew it was not leaking at the top but the front obviously broken piece. Dealership service department works well with my ongoing issues of my Ram 3500. Frustrating ongoing issues and just found out yesterday from Chrysler/Dodge that the drive shafts that were delivered to your department were damaged? I reached out to you service dept. but have not heard back from them as of yet.

Terrible customer service. We have had 2 vehicles serviced here trying to support local but will now drive them 30 miles to another dealership to avoid the scams they try to pull on women because they don’t think they know any better.
I brought my own oil and filter and ask them to just change my oil using the supplies I provided, I was instructed that it was no issue. At the end of my service they instructed me that the tech did not use my oil, they used the dealer pennzoil which is exactly what I didn’t want. They then instructed me they would not charge me for the oil, only make me pay labor like that was doing me a favor. Absolutely unacceptable, I used meltons multiple times over the years, I have now been burned twice by them and will never be back.... read more
