I was told that my vehicle needed front end work, tie rod ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the parts were just fine and recommended that I do nothing to the car. Now I regret buying a battery from Melton at the suggestion of the service department.
I went in for an oil change and have my brakes checked. When I got home, I received a msg from melons, telling me it's not good to refuse necessary services. I did not refuse anything. They put a note on my receipt that I need a bg treatment, and I refused to have it done. This isn't the 1st time they have shown me to decline services, when they never recommended them to me in the first place.
I recently had work done on my vehicle, and unfortunately, it sustained damage to a trim piece and the hood. When I inquired about how they would address this issue, they only offered to buff out the scratch on the hood and did not mention replacing the trim. I wasn't informed of any problems until I was leaving the shop. Due to this experience, I will not be returning for service, nor will I consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership, which is disappointing because the sales team is exceptional.

Your service facility lacks handicapped entry. Was very hard for me to get in building
They lied several times to use about different things will never be going back not even for service will use a different dealer from now on.
Had my Jeep Wrangler for about four months before I got it back... finally got it done.
My first appointment was scheduled for a saturday, when I arrived I was told the full garage was not opened and that my needs could not be met and that I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled for Thurs. I arrived early waited about 20 minutes was told they would likely not be able to look at my vehicle to late afternoon and that most people drop their cars prepared to wait a week to have it back. It would have been nice to know what type of oil that was put in my car. All my receipt said was synthetic. Would have been nice to know the brand, the weight of the oil. Hard to suggest to someone to take their car to Melton if you can't say what type of oil was put in the car. Everyone I spoke with asked what type of oil was used and said it was probably cheap stuff because of the price. I advised that it was synthetic according to the my receipt but couldn't say what kind.
