took 2 weeks to get the approval from insurance company to honor the extended warranty, the repair seems good so far but we were left without transportation and could not get anyone, sales, or service to okay a loaner car. I missed several days of work and was right on the edge of dismissal from employment.
This is the most dishonest, deceptive group of people I've ever met. Stay away! It is dispicable that way they do business!

Misleading coupon oil change was supposed to be $59. 99 and when I went to use it the Jessie I told me it wouldn’t really save me any money cause I needed to add 2 more quarts cause it was only good for 5
First I would like to say that I am a long time buyer at Melton Dealer and have always been treated vey fair. This last transaction was a total farce of lack of experience, assistance, professional ability, noninformative and so on it was all about the money. Not very happy about the lack of effort to satisfy one simple request clean the motor, what's up with that.
Don't understand why I have to write a review everytime I have service here it gets old
got a quote from you and it cost almost double. learn how to listen to what the customer wants and quote it accurately
I wouldn't advise no one to buy a use vehicle from them . .. Look elsewhere
