We were told our jeep part would arrive in 1 week. It took over 2 weeks to get it. When the part came in on a Wed, Dora called on Thurs and admitted it was there a day earlier but she was too busy to call us. They obviously need to hire other customer reps if she is the only one making communications. Jason would often say he will call us back, referring to soon, but he would take a week to get back to us. We were told we would get a loaner car sooner than later, but it was later because Dora had no idea who had the loaners ... read more

Disappointed that someone in the dealership put over 40 miles on my brand new factory-ordered car. I suspect they used my car as demo.

We had an appointment in the service department for 11:30 on Friday so we dropped the vehicle off the night before. When we drove by at 2:30 Friday they had not even started working on it. They did not finish it until 5 minutes before they closed a 6!!! I don't know what the problem was but this is unacceptable when you have an appointment. If there was a problem that came up all they had to do was call us and let us know what is going on.

Used truck purchase We were looking for a good usable, inexpensive work truck to use around the farm. After looking at numerous car lots and dealerships, we walked in, described what we needed, was shown a truck that was just what we were looking for, drove it and bought it the next day. What happened to Melton? I used to really like the dealership, however the service has gone way down hill. I took my vehicle in due to an issue with adaptive cruse issue, was given a quote to fix it, and decided to get a second opinion. Second opinion was almost 1/3rd the cost of Melton! Better, it comes with a guarantee. Add to this a week prior they had my wrangler in for an oil change. When it came back, it was spewing oil. When I checked the level, it was way overfilled. I'm not even sure how they managed to overfill it ... read more

All recalls even though not happening were after repairs! I have had several different recall done all of them even the one not happening were after they completed the repairs, when I would bring it to their attention I was told "that had nothing to do with what we did" they change the water pump and I lose coolant, they replace DEF filter mileage goes down by 5 MPG, the fix the truck not it wasn't being able to take out of park without running it does now, the last recall was with the tailgate we'll see.
