Disappointed that someone in the dealership put over 40 miles on my brand new factory-ordered car. I suspect they used my car as demo.

We had an appointment in the service department for 11:30 on Friday so we dropped the vehicle off the night before. When we drove by at 2:30 Friday they had not even started working on it. They did not finish it until 5 minutes before they closed a 6!!! I don't know what the problem was but this is unacceptable when you have an appointment. If there was a problem that came up all they had to do was call us and let us know what is going on.

Used truck purchase We were looking for a good usable, inexpensive work truck to use around the farm. After looking at numerous car lots and dealerships, we walked in, described what we needed, was shown a truck that was just what we were looking for, drove it and bought it the next day. What happened to Melton? I used to really like the dealership, however the service has gone way down hill. I took my vehicle in due to an issue with adaptive cruse issue, was given a quote to fix it, and decided to get a second opinion. Second opinion was almost 1/3rd the cost of Melton! Better, it comes with a guarantee. Add to this a week prior they had my wrangler in for an oil change. When it came back, it was spewing oil. When I checked the level, it was way overfilled. All recalls even though not happening were after repairs! I have had several different recall done all of them even the one not happening were after they completed the repairs, when I would bring it to their attention I was told "that had nothing to do with what we did" they change the water pump and I lose coolant, they replace DEF filter mileage goes down by 5 MPG, the fix the truck not it wasn't being able to take out of park without running it does now, the last recall was with the tailgate we'll see. I was overcharged when I went to pay. They fixed that part. However I was charged 79.95 for an oil change. This was about $25 more than I expected to pay based on previous visits. I was told they use full synthetic oil now so it is higher. I would expect that to be disclosed prior to service.
