I waited for thirty minutes after my appointment time before they even took my car back and then waited another hour for them to tell me they didn't even have the parts to do my recall. Won't be going back

Could not run a code scan on the van due to being a 2005 van.
Service staff is not friendly. I could see my vehicle when it was finished and ready to go and it took too long to get my ticket. Other tickets went faster. The $19 oil change is actually around $30. I was given a Pennzoil coupon to apply for a gift card my invoice/receipt didn’t have the information I needed to apply. The instrument panel had been changed and not reset to what it was when I brought the vehicle in. The seat had also been moved and not reset.
I am not happy with my purchase of a used Subaru. I was told the vehicle just had AC that wasn't as cool as it should be and a windshield which was obvious. come to find out I had to sink another 6 grand into this xxx while they made out like bandits. The AC needed a new compressor, replaced front control arms and the radiator was split. These are the only issues that have come to light at this time I am sure there will be more. Was satisfied with service department, could have been a little quicker and more informative about procedures.
Will not be purchasing another vehicle there ever. Truck has several things wrong with it after their inspection and repairs. I had to ask them to check with other lenders to find a little better rate and terms. Once the deposit was paid there was a lack of customer service to say the least.
Over $400. 00 to change oil and fuel filters was ridiculously overpriced. My key fob was not working so I asked for the key fob to be serviced or replaced and nothing was done. Maybe just got over looked. But that was the main reason for the visit. I’m disabled and it is hard to bring truck in and leave it. So I was upset when I went back to pick it up and the key fob still didn’t work. I purchased my truck new from Melton 10 years ago and have always been happy with the service until now.
I’m horribly disappointed in my oil change. I was told Valvoline oil would be used only to find out that it’s actually Pennzoil. After arriving home and checking the filter, it was not changed. Called random guy in service first then called Brandon the service manager and was talked down to so nothing was accomplished. Not interested in arguing but rest assured these ARE FACTS. I will never return and I will spread the word.
