Terrible customer service. We have had 2 vehicles serviced here trying to support local but will now drive them 30 miles to another dealership to avoid the scams they try to pull on women because they don’t think they know any better.
I brought my own oil and filter and ask them to just change my oil using the supplies I provided, I was instructed that it was no issue. At the end of my service they instructed me that the tech did not use my oil, they used the dealer pennzoil which is exactly what I didn’t want. They then instructed me they would not charge me for the oil, only make me pay labor like that was doing me a favor. Had to get brand new strut and strut mount replacement and I’m now having a check engine light come on and I haven’t even tagged the d*** thing. Anybody would have better luck walking than buying a car from this dealership

Upon delivery of my 2018 Jeep I was only given one key and after a heated argument was promised a second key I'm still waiting for that key ten days later
Took my car back in because the bezel they took out was loose. They had ordered a clip. After they were done they told me there is not a clip there. I went home and took the bezel out myself and there is a clip . They lied to me .
Bought tires 2+ yrs ago. I was told they had free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tires. Just like all major tire stores today. Came in to have a flat fixed last week and was told my free flat repair was for 2 yrs only and I would have to pay for all future flat repair. I hate surprises. Won't buy tires from Melton if they won't offer the same service as every other major tire store..
Scheduled appointment at 3 and was there for over an 1 1/2 waiting to get oil changed and tire rotated
This is reflective of the service department ONLY! Richard was very rude and talked to me in a condescending manner. He treated me as though I was dumb.
