Initial experience was good, poor service after sale. Initial buying experience was great. Truck need some work covered by warranty. Sales manager never Called after I informed him of problems with the truck. Had to send email to mr Melton. Service department finally called me. Set time to bring in. Picked truck up said needed to order parts. Didn’t hear anything for over a week. Left message and no return call. Finally spoke with lady (forgot name). She was very friendly and finally gave me some answers. Really disappointed... read more
Service The service writer is an xxx, does not return calls, overall an idiot. Very much a crybaby. Should not be a service writer at all. Probably wouldnt even make a good janitor.
Everything that consumers hate about car guys righ here After having my spare key fob stolen I went to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle brand new to get help. Turns out, If you need your key fob flashed on a 2017 vehicle, Melton service will tell you once flashed, the old fob will be "no good", even going as far as conversing with the parts department to confirm this issue because "the 2017 is configured different, this changes from year to year". pathetic Meltons doesn’t want to deal with you unless you buy on their terms. They basically told my finance company they wouldn’t take payment from them. I took my business to Tulsa.
Horrible Service We bought a 2009 Dodge Ram pick up as is with an extended warranty. We went in around dusk to buy it, they let us drive it home with a huge chunk of tread gone on one of the tires. We didn't notice it until the next day. Don't they claim to inspect these vehicles before they put them for sale? They ended up replacing the tire, this was the start of it going from bad to worse.
