I was overcharged when I went to pay. They fixed that part. However I was charged 79.95 for an oil change. This was about $25 more than I expected to pay based on previous visits. I was told they use full synthetic oil now so it is higher. I would expect that to be disclosed prior to service.

I need mud flaps on my 2014 Durango.We purchased them on I need mud flaps on my 2014 Durango. We purchased them on line and brought them in while we were getting an oil change. Service person said we had bought the wrong ones. They did not offer us solution . I think the service department should have found the correct ones and gave us a price for them. Rush,Rush them threw. This is my 4th vehicle to by from Melton. If you take care of us we will take care of you. Frustrated!!!

Brought my kids Jeep in early December and was told left cylinder head needed replaced. Picked it up Jan 13th due to long wait for parts. She drove a few short trips with no problems. First trip to Tulsa Jeep’s temp light started flashing. When I checked the upper radiator hose was collapsed. Brought it back and was told it need upper radiator hose and cap at a price of 277.00. Not satisfied I waited like three and a half months to get in and when I did only the recalls were fix. Which is great but not even why I called. My auto start light came on and I called right away. When I pick up my van I noticed the light was still on so I went back in right away. I told the very nice gentleman working and he said someone would call me next week. Well it’s Wednesday of next week still haven’t heard anything from anyone.

Worst deal ever I am a 3rd generation buyer from Meltons and I just recently bought a truck that I had to have go through service because it had to much oil and transmission fluid in it from buying it off the lot. They told me the engine does not leak oil and I just got it out of another shop because the didn’t fix anything and the mechanic I just took it to confirmed it does leak oil. Good, interesting and then negative When I asked Chase for clarification on awd or 2wd he asked if I had picked up the car to verify. So very disappointing in this young man.

No timely help on anything Called 4 days in advance and received first appointment of the day. After 4 hours no word so I called. Still looking at it. Will call right back. Didn’t. Called them. Might be able to fix that day if had parts.
