I originally was told that the occasional "clunking" noise that I was hearing was likely related to a timing device associated with the transmission. However, no action was taken on this matter as the technician was "...unable to confirm." However, he did find several leaking seals, and this was the matter addressed in the subsequent work that was performed. The issue I originally reported is still open.
I would not purchase any more vehicles from them. I totally regret the purchase I made
Melton has a lazy and careless salesmen team. Mike Shackelton only try to be more consistent about his answers only when is pushed for the facts that I said. Thinking on statistics this company has been loosing a lot of money for the bad attitudes from the salesmen, the administrative that include not to keep advertising cars that already were “sold”
Owned truck about 2 weeks emblem fell off while driving down road asked them about replacing it said it would cost me almost $200 cheaper to coler it back on with cryons
Head of Sales was rud and crude. Did not let the sales do thier jobs . Lyed to the coustmers about the car inspection. Said that the car passed road when it did not
I ordered shocks for my Jeep in November of 2022. Still have not came in. In may I got a call saying they were in. Took my jeep in and they called to say that they wept he right size so they had to put my old ones back on and send those back. I have yet to hear back from them. Jeep customer service emails me every week saying no update. I’m beyond frustrated.
This place it’s been a nightmare they sold me a 80,000 dollar jeep wagoneer that it’s been on the shop like 5 times and they do promise a lot stuff that way you buy the car but when it’s time to make it happen even the store manager treat you no very nice I have very bad experience with this people I even have to take in my truck to another dealership bc they don’t even have good communication melton in Claremore ok it’s just not for me hopefully people that comes from long distance have luck !!!with this people they just se... read more
I wish we could have gotten to the deal when I first visited the dealership, DEF level was Half full on delivery
Very disappointing! ! Thought it was the best dealership but not they just lie to you and poor comunicación!!!
