They rotated my tires and failed to put my rims center caps back on correctly.
Mechanic said I needed new brakes on back axle, brakes are 1/2 pad. You guys should not be trying to upcharge something that doesn’t need to be changed like brakes. You’ve lost my trust & those people I visit with.
Everything was great except for the wait. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and still had to wait three hours.
Car is dripping oil now and my wife was about halfway home when I was called told they forgot to put the air filter back on and when I called her she said several warning lights were on and it wouldn’t hardly go. Luckily she made it back to the service department and the fixed But like I said there is oil dripping on my driveway now.
Unfortunately service was quite below expectations. 2 miles after oil change I got low pressure warning lights and bells, a sporadic grinding noise and oil spraying everywhere. Came back immediately and was fixed, hopefully. Tech wouldn't say what happened but judging by the mess in the engine bay I'm guessing they forgot the filter gasket. I’m long time customer but completely dislike the wait time because cheap oil changes
Walked into the waiting room and everyone that works there was in there and it was awkward
I was told that my vehicle needed front end work, tie rod ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the parts were just fine and recommended that I do nothing to the car. Now I regret buying a battery from Melton at the suggestion of the service department.
I went in for an oil change and have my brakes checked. When I got home, I received a msg from melons, telling me it's not good to refuse necessary services. I did not refuse anything. They put a note on my receipt that I need a bg treatment, and I refused to have it done. This isn't the 1st time they have shown me to decline services, when they never recommended them to me in the first place.
