Timing of when car complete compared to when part was to be delivered. Oil under car pickup. Cost compared to auto mechanic shops in town. Extra services in original quote. Had to question to get it off.
Could not get service desk to answer or return calls from messages left for service work.
They rotated my tires and failed to put my rims center caps back on correctly.
Mechanic said I needed new brakes on back axle, brakes are 1/2 pad. You guys should not be trying to upcharge something that doesn’t need to be changed like brakes. You’ve lost my trust & those people I visit with.
Everything was great except for the wait. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and still had to wait three hours.
Car is dripping oil now and my wife was about halfway home when I was called told they forgot to put the air filter back on and when I called her she said several warning lights were on and it wouldn’t hardly go. Luckily she made it back to the service department and the fixed But like I said there is oil dripping on my driveway now.
Unfortunately service was quite below expectations. 2 miles after oil change I got low pressure warning lights and bells, a sporadic grinding noise and oil spraying everywhere. Came back immediately and was fixed, hopefully. Tech wouldn't say what happened but judging by the mess in the engine bay I'm guessing they forgot the filter gasket.
