They charged $350 in labor & $400 fir a battery. The labor should have been way less. They were unable to wash car cause it was low in gas. I’d have paid them for $50 worth of gas. It took a while to get the car as I sat there w my kids. Plus, they made an insulting offer for my car. It only has 676 mikes and they offered $47000 less than the stickers of $139000
The service department had my vehicle that I've had for a couple months fwhich has issued or 3 days, it was returned in the same condition it was dropped off which was a waste if over 3 hours and my vehicle is still not fixed also, they did nothing when advised the issue with my vehicle had not been fixed which was evident in less than 3 miles from the service department. I now have to take it upon myself to find am Alfa service location to fix my vehicle.
I have never been treated more poorly by a car dealership in an attempt to make a service appointment. it was actually abusive. I’m less likeky to purchase a FIAT in future as a result, unless I move to another area.
I dropped my car off for an oil change and maintenance check. I went to pick it up they stated that I had a slow leak from my radiator and wanted to fix my leather dash that was lifting. I had a second opinion because my car is too new for the radiator to be leaking. Sure enough no leak, but I do need to service my damper and I need breaks. Thanks for letting me know:)
Every time I get my car back there’s still an outstanding issue. Why? It’s unacceptable m!
I bought a 2017 Maserati Granturismo with 19k miles from this dealership, it was sold to me as a certified pre-owned. I couldn’t drive off the lot without the car having issues already. I brought the car back to have the problems fixed, they kept the car for three days and didn’t do anything to it. Not efficient, super busy and when they get swamped they just rush you out without providing the services needed.
I always have a horrible experience here. This time I was sent to the rental location where they had one Mitsubishi Mirage, which is clearly not equivalent in size nor caliber of car I have. I ended up having to wait over an hour before any vehicles came back because no one at Alfa Romeo wanted to increase the $30 amount to anything higher, in which once i got my service advisor, Pedro, on the phone, that there had to be a comparable $40,000 car there.
