This was a horrible experience. I believe the work the work charged was not completed. In addition my car was damaged. I was told it would be fixed however it wasn’t

Scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they didn’t even know what my service was for! Also when I arrived I was made to wait 25min out in the cold and when the work was finished they were so rude didn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for one!! Terrible customer service I will go to another dealership for service. Such a shame I’ve been coming here for 5 years and much preferred the service advisors when the location was in west LA. Not sure if it was a temp location but those advisors were much more helpful!

Unfortunately, our service waiting areas have been removed, and our wait times are a bit longer now due to spacing out our staffing in the shop. Worst service ever received, car was with service for two weeks service advisor called and said car is ready it has no problems. Super rude and said be here in 30 minutes or you will be charged storage I called corporate headquarters they told him to relax and sit back and be quiet

Horrible experience this time. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change ( I had to wait) and they charged an exorbitant amount. Also, I asked them to add window washer fluid and they told me it was done. I checked before I left, and it was empty. I could go on but I will chalk it up to the pandemic as in the past the service has been great. I didn’t even get the complimentary wash because that would have taken forever.

Dishonest and lazy service team!When you have a Dishonest and lazy service team! When you have a Maserati, you rely on your dealership and their service team to be upfront and honest throughout the process... this was not the case across the board. Overcharge, misread the malfunctions... and hourly service rates in excess of $250... just a joke. Took the car (at another Maserati dealers recommendation) to a local service shop and the car was fixed in an hour and I saved $1200 for unnecessary service. Scam between technician ... read more

You Advertise car having 1854 miles go to dealer 4700 miles not cool at all show up cars dirty told me wood b detailed not happy.

The car was unfortunately published with incorrect miles, but we did make sure Frank let you know the actual miles we a bit higher prior to your trip down. The day after my service the car went into “limp mode” for 1.5 days and this morning my dashboard screen broke and won’t turn on. Both of these issues never existed before my service.

Casey was not present and the rest of the staff seemed detached somewhat from customer service. Flat effects. Also you should have more (some) Maserati sales items in your shop for browsing and potential buying. My Porsche dealer (South Bay) does a much better job of keeping service customers happy to visit. Go see them for ideas--especially with the MC-20 coming to town.
