I asked for one simple thing which was to fix everything that would eliminate all lights on the dashboard & after paying over 2k I pick my car up with lights on my dashboard still. So annoying & inconsiderate.
Kind people. I am still waiting for this job to be fulfilled. I have paid out $700 and my issue is not resolved. It’s been weeks. TBD

xxxxxxxx service. Car has been in the shop for 13 months. They messed up my repair orders multiple times, had to have Ken the service advisor replaced due to multiple mess ups (he claimed I asked for mismatched rims - how ridiculous - and missed moving the car to the body shop for a month, missed repair asks, added phantom charges) and now have done nothing on the car for the last 9 months and every 6 weeks have pushed out the delivery date. It is now February 2023 and I still do not have my car.
Very expensive! ! Feel like they price gouge. Sales guy was very smarmy and felt like he was giving a sales pitch when trying to pay. It is nice that they give you a rental car/offer you a ride though.
Huge delays. Estimates for repair cost and time were very much not accurate. i paid over 2 grand to replace a key fob that was stolen from me.
Horrible service and not satisfied with product did a buy back. Giulia always in service.
We have found that the Santa Monica Alfa Romeo service location is very disorganized which cost us more time and money than it should have.
