I had an incredible experience at Santa Monica Fiat. I went in this past Friday just to look at the cars and talk to the staff. From the moment I walked on the lot I felt welcome. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out that day with a new car. They walked me through the whole experience with care and consideration and I am extremely thankful. Love and big thanks to Jason, Charlie and Andrea. You guys truly made my day and I am so happy with my new Fiat!
Excellent service, efficient ,friendly and I will come there for all my car needs, Rodney is an excellent associate he greed me with such friendliness and made sure to keep me updated on my car since the beginning to the end and I am really please with their precise cosmetic work that was done to my fiat.

I needed to have the transmission in my beloved Fiat replaced due to an accident. When I called to find out the progress on the repair Rodney kept me informed as to what was going on and when he thought I'd get my car back. Rodney and the Gang in service did a remarkably fast and efficient job in getting my car repaired and back on the road. I could find closer Fiat repair shops to where I live but my preference is to always have my Fiat's (I own two) serviced at Fiat of Santa Monica by the guys in back.

I had three visits and on the third visit we did buy a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. I can not think of anything bad to say period. We have had no service yet but will be proud to take our car back for service and by the looks of the service area I have no reservations about doing so. Great experience, great deal. Went in for a test drive, didn't really intend to buy that day, deal was too good to turn down.
I had the best sales experience I've ever had in buying a new car. Randall was courteous, friendly, not pushy, and things went really smoothly. The bargaaining for a good price was not stressful and they even had barbequed food and drinks being it was Labor Day. I would recommend this dealership highly and I left with the feeling that I had bought a new car and it was stress free!!
