Horrible experience. They had my car for a month and a half until they could finally give me an answer as to what was wrong. Then they quoted me at $6k to fix it. I picked it up immediately and took it to a trustworthy mechanic who fixed the issue for $500. Horrible service department. Zero transparency. Highly recommend staying away from this place.
This is the worst 'customer service' experience I've ever had. I called few weeks ago, as I needed a new rim for my Fiat 500 as mine got damaged. I decided to special order from here as they told me it would only take 10 days. The other places I inquired about the rim gave a better price but longer wait, so I decided to order from FIAT dealership as I need it my car. Service Department does not properly communicate with you. They did not call to tell me the status of my car or that my car was ready. I wasted a whole day waiting for status until I finally called myself. They your car been ready sorry we did not call☹️
I leased an Alfa Stelvio 2021 in late October 2021. The process took 5+ hours when I already was standing firm on my offer. Next thing 10 days later my engine light was on, the service department informed me that there was a leak in the “system” and they will need to replace a couple of the parts. They kept my car for over a week or so and I had to keep reaching out for updates. Such an unpleasant experience. Car was delivered with mats full of mud. Second car not ready on time.
My appointment was at 1:00PM for a routine maintenance. At 2:10 my car was still on the driveway and no maintenance. After I complained with Pedro he pushed my car in. the oil change, tire rotation and all the other inspection, plus my A/C was done in 40 minutes. I was at the dealer until 3:30PM. 2 and half hours for a 40 minute job at $270.00. Was this a job well done, I will neve know! I stopped by at Alfa Romeo Santa Monica on Monday to ask fixing some issues in the car (Alfa Rome Guilia 2020). Kenneth Moore came and said we can't take a look at your car because we're busy but I'm going to schedule a service for your car for Wednesday morning. The customer service is horrible and they don’t return phone calls and lies about the time it will take to finish the maintenance on the car. Worst experience I’ve had from a Maserati service
Explained everything on the survey request I got via email. Took 3 days for. 1 day job, didn’t fix internet, and gave me the car empty, close to zero gas after charging $40 for gas
