Just never felt like they wanted my business from the first time I walked on the lot. Had to find my own salesperson after walking around for 15 minutes. Never got a follow up about the visit. Oh well

All ways Chaos Always drama in the service department. This time female working going insane over a warranty phone call that apparently she had to sit on hold for. Then it took 2 hours to change the oil, rep said it was because they were washing the car, went outside after we paid car not washed, not sure why it took so long or way rep lied but this is the 3 time we went here and it will be the last. I wont bore you with the walking dead sales rep you have
Way too expensive. My purge valve is going bad. They want to charge $1100. I look up the part and it’s $25. I watched a YouTuber do it in 10 minutes. They are really scamming people guys. Do it yourself or go to a local mechanic. This is ridiculous. Will never recommend. They cars are GREAT though. Great quality and good prices. But not their services. Too much money.

Terrible follow up I drove over an hour to purchase an Atlas. Their prices are very good and there was no pressure to buy, which I like. But, after the sale was made they delivered the car after their so called detailing. It was a joke. Grease marks on the seats, multiple marks , including a 3 “ sticker mark, on the outside. Will look for new service company Too hard of a sales pitch, too pushy. Too expensive. Pushed wipers sale 4 times, plus said service tech recommended because very streaky. Car was to be washed but if they did it has just a spray down and window was never washed and bugs still covered it. If they tried them the bugs would have been streaked across window. But no still laid where they died.

Very disappointed. I went to the service center because my car battery was bad. Onced I arrived I mentioned to the lady that was getting me signed in that I had a coupon for the service. Before even looking at the coupon, she said we dont have that battery. I was very disappointed because I mentioned to the guy who set me for the appointment for 9:30 am on 8-31 before driving over to lakeland about the coupon. And he told me to bring it in. Avoid If possible Scheduled the car to be looked at 9 with an appointment, did not receive a diagnostic until almost 3pm. When I went to pick up my car, they had misplaced my key. They made us wait 45 minutes while they looked for the key, and couldn't find it. They gave us a loaner, and when we were driving off the lot, they finally found the key. On top of that, there was huge scratch on the side of the car that was not there previously.

Receptionist Lyndsay was Great, Mechanics are another story I had a normal 50k mile service due and they had to replace my tire/rim as well. After everything was “done” I didn’t even make it down the street before my tire light came back on.
