Unfortunately the service team is a disaster. Even when you have an appointment, they can get to you on time. Once they start the work, it takes too long. For example, a scheduled oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours and 45 minutes. I had another scheduled appointment where the parts manager didn’t check the parts and something was missing. Had to have my car towed at Lakeland VW instead of my usual Volkswagen Service Center because my car could not start and I was out of town. Turns out the VW battery I had bough a couple month ago was defective. I had a choice of being charged the $140 diagnostic fee or the $40 to $70 fee for installing a new battery even though the battery was under warranty. Did not properly repair my vehicle . Transmission making noise and they say they can’t hear it. Stated they could not reproduce the noise. They also told me all Jetta’s make the same noise

Was told service would take 1-1 1/2 hours when set up appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Asked about a loaner and service advisor stated they are not obligated to provide a loaner and that a loaner should have been set up when making the appointment which he was the one that set up the appointment. Per the VW emission settlement any repair over 3 hours a loaner is to provided. Repair took until the following day. Never going to return to this location would not recommend. Went for a diagnostics, they wanted to do service. I denied service as i only wanted a diagnostics. Gave me a blank paper for diagnostics.

I brought my new atlas in for oil change. Waited two hours for oil change. No one came to give me a status update. I had to go check on status of the car. Checking in with customers to give a stays update to them would be appreciated. Thanks

Service needs improvement! I had scheduled light bulb replacement and reset programming from last oil change. Poor follow up to customer service at Lakeland office..

Got a diagnostics, guess because i didn't do the work there they wrote denied fix. Gave me a blank paper.. worst diagnostics ever had...

Fixed my battery great, went back later to get belts replaced, check engine light turned on next day, suspect I was being way overcharged, the actual cost was nearly 100 more than the estimate both times, ended up cancelling.
