Service is too slow 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment is just not acceptable. We also asked for a part to be ordered for something that hangs in front of the back tire. The customer service rep never mentioned if she did order it or not. This survey is forcing us to choose an employee name but we are not sure if the service rep’s name was Lyndsay.

AC issue on newly purchased certified Jetta Could not get return calls from service. They were not able to determine the cause of the issue with the AC. Grease stain was left in the ft driver seat during diagnostic period in which we had to drop the vehicle off and then pick it up without anything being done to the vehicle.
Terrible experience Never followed through with my rental and didn’t call me to let me know, no one returned my call and serval calls made unable to reach management and had to drive up there for a refund when they could of done so over the phone but could never reach someone to coordinate that service. I would never use vw or purchase a vw product again.
5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am so I dropped my car off. Didn’t hear anything until I called at about 2:30pm. The service manager was at lunch however so I left a message and she returned my call shortly after. Doesnt want business I was looking to buy a new Atlas. I filled my info online for there pricing and they responded we cant give you an out the door price. Im ok with that ill take my business somewhere else! Im from another County.
15 days nothing but problems Got my certified preowned 2015 passat tdi July 3rd and today is July 18 and have already been to the service department 3 times over the same issue. I am highly dissatisfied with my purchase. I traded in my previous vehicle and got a xxxx deal but really needed a good running vehicle and piece of mind but have received nothing but headaches.
Disappointing Customer Service I would not recommend this dealer based on the experience we had with the internet sales rep. While their inventory selection and prices are attractive it comes down to customer service to get the deal done, which they were lacking. HORRENDOUS Lost my car keys/fob. Never called to speak with me. I had to go there. Said they rotated my tires and cleaned my car with service. Either done. Car filthy. Tires with ALL brake dust in same location. No way they touched them. When I got in my vehicle to travel home, within one mile the alert light for low tire pressure cane on! Called service person, Lindsey, to ask about these issues. NO RETURN CALL. Extremely disappointed. If I could take my vehicle elsewhere I would, but then VW will void my warranty.

Means of improvement I've had my vw cc to this location for a transmission job and bought a 18 tiguan from this location and have brought it for oil changes. I can tell you that my experience hasn't been to good. My cc was brought in and everything was good until pick up time. Drove vehicle down the road for about 500ft and my steering wheel was very off center, also hand print stain was left on my pillar and door.
