Everytime I take my car in to fix something. It comes back with something else broken on it that wasn't broken to start with!

I took my car in for a car wash and 2 times the engine light came on after it was washed. I took it back and they charged me $100.00 to find nothing wrong. The 2nd time I took it back they said it was the battery. I went on a cruise and it sat for a week and it started up fine so I did not get a battery. It also starts up fine in the mornings. Dealership resolved issues part 2 Lucky me! Because my issues were technically two visits and not just one, I get to rate the service department twice. Overpriced lemon. Dishonest. I needed a car fast. They took advantage. Car has been in the shop more days than I've owed it. Neither the dealer or VW accept responsibility. They are "partners," and they protect each other, not the customer. Do not trust this place. You've been warned.

Not sure if they are incapable or a rip off Went in with a broke mirror, first trip they charged me more than the estimate, “that happens” I say to myself...first time I go over 50 mph the mirror dances in the housing...I think, “that happens” but it’s probably something they can fix...and it shouldn’t cost much if anything since they said it was fixed. Horrible Experience. They treated me awful. I had called service office twice to ensure my appt and warranty work would be performed efficiently. Upon arrival they didnt even know why I was there. Then being lied to and refused to share information with me. On top of it all my car was damaged, so I immediately reported to the manager. That's correct no response. Overcharged me for the service I needed done and didnt care to explain it to me. Awful what happened VW
Disappointed Very disappointed, I just bought my CERTIFIED 2017 VW 1 1/2 months ago and have already had to have the entire transmission replaced and when I came to pick it up I was told that now the brakes have to be replaced. How can a dealership certify a car and and then tell the owner after 1 1/2 months that they need new brakes. That is terrible. We paid over $15k for this car and I really hope the dealership makes the right decision to replace the brakes at their expense and not mine.

Keeping your vehicle for three days with a scheduled repair I took my vehicle in on a Monday morning for a scheduled appointment at 8am no one called at the end of the day to say anything. I was working and when I realized it was past closing time I said to myself that I would have to make arrangements to do the things I needed to get done that evening.
