Crooked And a very bad experience Appointment was at 7:30 am to have my front brakes fixed. Called at about 2:15 pm was told that they haven’t got to my car yet because of a back up of cars I was called back at 2:45 pm and was told that there was something else wrong with my car, I asked what was my total bill going to be and the lady said 635.00 I told her to go ahead and fix it at that price I was called at 4:45 and told the car was done when I got there to pick my car up they charged me 770.00 not 635.00 what I was told. ... read more
Couldnt fix my recall issues Went in for recalls stated I wasnt covered for the part that failed even though my vin was included in recall so I have a failed part went no money to fix
Water pump to engin problems gone bad Took car in for an oil change and water pump to be repaired. 2 days later car done, drove off lot and car wouldnt run over 20mph. Did not have this issue when dropped off. Turned around and left car there over night. Recieved call next day stating that i need a new battery to find the problem. Didnt have a battery issue either. Oil change I had a oil change schuduled for 2 PM and the oil change wasn't completed until 3:30 PM. One and a half hours for a oil change! Was also told that the car would be washed and vacuumed which neither was done. I was not given updates on what was taking so long only that it was almost done which was stil another half hour from that point. I have been to other VW dealerships and all were excellent. This was the poorest sevice that I have ever had. I will not be back . I also drove 40 miles for it.
Tiguan Took the vehicle for the first time on 1/15/2019 and they never called me when vehicle be ready and when I came and pick up the car they said that they did not have the part so they didn't do anything and I was without vehicle that day.
Over priced and does not show proof of inspection or work Asked for inspection form showing work done. Form was there empty, so i will not be going back!! No proof anything was done except tire light. Manager stated the employees work there that he trusts. Criminals trust other Criminals too!!
Slow and unprofessional I have no choice but to take my car to the dealership to get serviced since no other facility has the tool to remove the oil plug on the new VW models. I was in the area and stopped in to have the oil changed. They were too busy and wouldn’t be able to complete a simple oil change for about 4 and a half hours. Jonathan = arrogant and not too client friendly He is an arrogant person. Asked him for a service estimate and he was not only hesitant to give a quote, he was lazy to check the part number of a known model/ year and specified part. Overall, not happy with this guy. The other one Gary was not only better but was also very friendly and gave you a feeling of customer first. Jonathan is the total opposite.
