They were very disrespectful to me and my brother and I will not be returning due to not having a good experience with the staff that I have selected at the bottom. They were not helpful and did not listen to when were we’re talking and they were very very argumentative.

They will do anything to take extra money from you! I purchased a VW at at Lakeland VW in Lakeland, Florida. Due to being a military family, the financing took longer than expected, as there were issues with registering the car in the state it will be housed vs. the state it was purchased in. (Preventive maintenance)I took my daughters car to be looked at because a engine service light was on for a short time. 1st visit ($1600+) and car was returned with engine light on and wouldn’t move, gas smell and smoke everywhere. 2nd visit ($1000+) and cars runs better but engine light came on before I made it home. Everything they said was a issue was to prevent the engine light or malfunction and I’m not confident about anything they say. 4/2/2020

I took my car into you for a recall. When we received it back we had nothing but trouble. We returned and did not receive a loaner for 2 days, then you kept it for another week. I think this kind of service is terrible. I will not buy from you again. When you tell people thing stick by it. Don’t make us continually call back
No communication with anyone in the building. They try to be attentive but come off as disorganized. I’ve come to think that maybe going to another Volkswagen I would have a better experience.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! SERVICE GUY WAS SOOOOOO RUDE!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! MNGR BRYAN SAID HED CALL ME ABOUT THE TROUBLE, NEVER DID!! YOU GUYS ARE AWFUL!!! IT SHOWS JUST HOW MUCH YOU GUYS CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DONT!!
Not happy they charged us $100 to tell us we need $3000 worth of work. Did they even check the recall? Should have been no charge- ridiculous

What happened to my car? Normally I have nothing but positive remarks for this dealership. I have two VWs that I regularly bring in for service and repairs, but this has been the least satisfying trip yet. I brought my 2014 Jetta in for diagnostics/repairs. Repairs seemed to go smoothly. However, when I picked up my vehicle this morning I noticed it was a WRECK on the inside.
