Could have spent 0 and been in the same position I’m in now Seems as though you could have scanned and found the bs pump and module faulty before you replaced the switch and pressure sensor which cost me 577.00 thank goodness for the 3% per year discount so I only threw away 426.00 and nothing fixed

2014 Bug convertable Irritating interruptions (numerous) of sale finalization by individuals wanting to take a group picture of staff in spite of closing officer's attempt to get them to leave him [and us] alone until he could finish the deal. Very unprofessional even on the 31st of October!
Not at all impressed I dropped my vehicle off before the opening of the service center because I had to be at work. I called the service advisor when they opened and stated that I needed and oil change and tire rotation. The advisor confirmed my request and stated that it would be complete by the end of the day along with a recall due to a software update and a courtesy wash and vacuum. Poor customer service Dropped vehicle at 7:30 AM for leak and was told I would get a call before noon to let me know the issue and to procede from there. Had to call several times without any word about the car; finally around 4:30 called the service area to see if my advisor could be reached, but kept being transferred without any answer. Around 4:45 the advisor responded with the issue, but since closing time is 6PM it was too late to do anything.
Terrible experience I had a terrible experience from this VW service dept. I had an appointment to have some maintenance done on my car- oil change and transmission flush. I also asked that they check the brakes since the are squeaking and to check the gas door because it started sticking when opening and closing it. I dropped my car off the night before the day of my appointment as I was instructed (the transmission needed to be cool in order for the transmission flush to be done). Never told me there was only ONE KEY!!! $450 + tax Now I regret ever coming to your dealership to purchase this car! DISHONEST DEALING! BAIT & SWITCH - I was looking at two cars. They advertised $500 off for Easter weekend. On the first deal they said the car did not qualify for the Easter special. The 2nd car they did not come off the sticker price and would not honor the advertised Easter special. Their must be some recourse for dishonest advertising, in this case it cost them a customer.
