Good Price, Terrible Service I'll start with the good. Their price is really good (gave it a 5). But, be aware that although they will act like they negotiate, their online price seemed final as they wouldn't even budge on $500. Regardless, the price was good otherwise I won't have purchased. I bought a car, didn’t I. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, and the parts and service department still lies to me and treats me like an idiot. Dave Shepard is an Ok guy.

Mechanic did sloppy work I had to clean engine Bay myself when I got home I had my fuel filter changed on my Volkswagen TDI there was diesel fuel spilt all over my serpentin bell rubber hoses all over the place underneath the hood I had to clean

Driving light I took my car in for a bulb replacement due to it not working..it still doesn't work. Now I have to take it back in again for them to check it again.

Warranty The service center is way too small and basic service takes way too long. We are on our third time to try and get an irritating vibration fixed. Making an appointment at 7:30 then being told the mechanics don't start till 8:00. Really???? Was told at sale time that we would always have access to loaners. Not true. Have had to take 2 days of vacation time for warranted services.

NO SERVICE Service department are not what one would expect for a VW dealership. An appointment had been made for service that would entail dropping Vehicle overnight. Arrangements had been made to pick up a loaner during the initial scheduling of appointment and confirmation of a loaner in subsequent follow up phone calls. Short version is they did not provide a vehicle, for which I could of made arrangements for a rental. long and tired of having no loaner car options. this dealership always seems to take forever and never offers loaner cars. it has turned me off from VW in general, I cant wait until I do t have to deal with this dealership again.

Not honest Came in Monday for an oil change. The only reason I came in was because I had a coupon for 49.95. I feel like everytime I come in there I get screwed. Lindsay informed me that my tail light wasnt working and I needed a new tail light assembly and the cost was 269 plus 65 for labor. I rfused it. She said the tech messed with the bulb and it wouldnt work so I needed the whole assembly. When I got home I checked it and there was NOTHING wrong with it. I think you are scammers. I called and never got a return call.
