Nice people but too many excuses equal unpleasent time delay I decided against better judgement to bring my 2014 CC I just purchased from another dealer, due to poor reviews, however I thought it's just DSG fluid and filter (40k service) reassurance for myself that it has been done being the car has 58k. I'd of done it myself but I'm not familiar with VWs and just wanted it done right by the experts due to home to travel time inconvenience. Poor management. Sloppy work got more wrong with it now. . I took it in for two things have a key programed and the airbag light was on .they said the I got was no good and my battery needs replaced .i ask for my keys and old battery I got the heys and had a lock Smith program them took my battery out of the trunk that they could not find had it tested and found out it is good I put it back in the car .ill never ever use lakeland v w. Service department again.

Very nice employees but wait was too long I waited almost 3hours for a simple oil change and wash. This has happened twice with Us and I even had an appointment. Would not recommend for simple services. They take way too long
Very Poor Service I have a 2010 CC. Brought it to Lakeland VW for coolant leak and 70,000 mi. service. That went fine. Took exactly 1 week to get car back. Five days later EPC and various lights come on. Got it towed to Lakeland VW and they said a plug and coil went out. I have them replace all 4. Picked the car up EPC light is off but the other 6 warning lights are still on. I point this out wanting them fixed and got told I paid for services rendered. Started good and ended mad My car was taken care of but it was also damaged and the dealer tried to cover it up without telling me.i appreciate the work done but I would not have been upset if they would have been honest.my rocker panel on passenger side looks like they put it on the lift wrong and dented the rocker and replaced black rocker molding and left dent in rocker panel. This is about as unprofessional as it gets.i am very disappointed and will not return to Lakeland vw
THE WORST I brought my vehicle there to be diagnosed. I advised that I will take it somewhere else and was told on FRIDAY my vehicle will be put back together. I called to make sure it was and was told it was so it can be picked up. When it was picked up it was not put back together and numerous things were still lose and broken. I have photos of it. After paying money for this to be done. I WILL NEVER COME AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS INCIDENT!!!!
Won't be back Waited three hours. Most expensive oil change ever. Took car in for safety recall Did not reset safety features on car. Worst experience ever. Drove 60 miles for terrible service. .
Unwilling to deal even $1 off listed price If I didn't want the exact used SUV I purchased I would have never dealt with these guys. They wouldn't even take a minute verify and look up a paint code when I called to ask the paint color of the car. The salesman was easy to deal with but his used sales manager seemed unwilling to negotiate and didn't even come out to shake my hand when I drove up to test drive car. To good to be true Sales department is great but if you trade something in make sure they pay it completely off before it hits your credit report. Getting a late payment charge a in the mail after 2 months of trading in my car because they didn’t pay the whole balance off. Finance department states it is my responsibility to make sure it is paid in full after I trading it in to their dealership. Not willing to find a solution and wanting to push all the blame off on to the customer is terrible.
