I've been to lakeland voltswagon 3 times for ac issues first app was blower motor when I got car back still wasn't blowing correctly I let them know 2nd time was valve in ac , them 3rd time we took it back and they said it was vent motor after paying over $800 first 2 times they wanted us to pay another $600 to fix that problem
Tried to sell me an entire power steering assembly. Had second opinion just needs fluid. My son is there with Disney program. Can’t stand when dealerships take advantage of young people. Exactly why we don’t buy vw’s anymore.

After reviewing the average cost to replace one wheel bearing I realized the $600 I was charged was excessive. Not happy. Feel used. The repair took less than 1 hr.

They rotated radial tires wrong...they crossed them instead of front to back keeping them on the same side...they fixed it after I went back but they wasted my valuable time

Good people on the department the mechanic no that good they broke the P Shift now I have to go back to fix this and I leave and hour away.
The front drivers window was scratched after a service and their response was oh yeah that happened... If your customer is spending $700 to fix a window you can at least give them the heads up about any damages before picking up the car and finding out themselves.
