This dealership is refusing to find a solution to our 2019 Atlas (that we bought from them) that keeps dying in traffic. My wife and kids NEED a reliable car , but this $40k car is NOT that. The level of customer service is a flat ZERO! Even though it’s under warranty, they claim there is no fix, and they DON’T CARE. This service department is worthless!!

Employee communication could use improvement. The integrity of the service department could use a touch up as well although, Anthony/Tony was of great assistance during my time there. He helped more than those who were seemingly in a more position of power than him, so I really appreciated him for his time.

I felt I was taken advantage of they told me to fix one thing and I did then the car had same problem and I take it back a day later and they tell me my fuel pump is bad sho not trust them.

The lack of consideration and the sense of urgency is absent. Took my car service due to a check oil level and low washer fluid notification. (last visit was on Aigust 2020) I was supposed to wait an hour per service agent suggestion. I got to the dealer in Lakeland at 8:50am for a 9:00 am appointment left at 2:06 PM. Was offered a loaner after the first hour asked how much longer and was told one more hour I said it's ok I will wait. Unfortunately when I left my vehicle in your care for services I noticed several items missing. I reached out to the dealership immediately, spoke with the service manager as well as the dealership manager and left a message. It’s been a week and I still have no resolution or feedback on the matter. Obviously they feel it wasn’t their doing and it was “the detailing vendor” they hire to do the car washes.. but realty it should have never happened and the fact that it still happened under their care and their property.. I’m very disappointed with my experience everything went very well until I got back into my car and noticed a very large crack in my windshield. I pulled back in and showed them at which time the manager came out and looked at it and then talked to some other guys and came back to tell me it had already been there which I know it wasn’t! I was very upset and she told me my insurance should cover the windshield and that I would get my next oil change for free. Very disappointed with the service. Brought the car on late Jan, they changed parts, promised a loaner car and did not provide. Jeff from service told us the car needed oil change even if the car did not need one. The loaner car was given a week later when they were still waiting for the part to arrive NOT when we were promised to have one. They replaced the diesel part and when he gave the car back the dashboard light lit up just after leaving the VW service. Worst is when they returned the car, we cannot put diesel anymore... read more

Very hard to believe we need new spark plugs at only 40,000 miles. I was told it’s highly suggested, my suggestion :Volkswagon builds a better product. I’ve had previous Volkswagens, never at 40,000 miles was that suggested

Well not everyone was wearing a face mask just to start , I left my car they gave me a loaner but they kept calling me so I could take the loaner back even when my car wasn’t ready yet , the reason they said was cause they didn’t had enough loaners . Not good
