I waited for 2 hours in the waiting area even though I had an appointment tim. I waited all that time and after 2 hours of sitting they came in and said it was just then getting worked on. They were short staffed that day but it would have been nice to know that because I would have come back another day or left my car there all day. The staff was nice and all, but I was VERY disappointed with my visit. Thankful they were able to knock some money off my bill to help.
I should not be penalized for getting service at a closer location for me because of COVID-19. Someone decided that they needed to give me a reprimand for my decision.
I did get a good price on the vehicle. But I found the staff to have a serious lack of integrity. I would not recommend this dealership to family or friends.
I bought my car here from Trey and always thought I had good service but I have to say this time I felt very aware that the associate was really trying to upswell me when I came in just for regular maintenance. I had to look up on my phone for dealership coupons for the price of an oil change, When I asked for the dash alert to be removed after oil change, I was told they couldn’t unless I had pollen filter installed which felt sort of like blackmail. Not very good review. After you guys give my daughter a list of stuff she needed on the car. We had taken it to pep boys for a wheel alignment and there was bolts missing off the brake line. Pep boys was kind enough to install those free of charge. I would have expected the dealership to catch this when they were inspecting the vehicle trying to sell unneeded services.
Bad communication. I think I am still owed money from this service. Don’t offer car wash if you are not doing a good job
Worst dealership ever. Took over 2 weeks to tell me my engine was toast.. also they tore my engine down and sent it off to another mechanic in 1,000 pieces littered all over my car passenger seat. Jeff was very unprofessional. I came back to speak with someone and manager fave me nothing and said that’s basically how they do business... they place is an absolute joke! Very poor communication. Service guy was in training but he keep giving different information and misleading information. The car wash was somehow completed without getting tire wet!!
The process of buying my Atlas was very easy! Bradley was great. The service afterwards has been horrible! Im still waiting on my tire refund a year later. The service center is horrible. They had my Atlas for a whole week to replace my radio that was acting glitchy & I told Christina I think I have an issue with my coolant. I had to add coolant twice already.
