Terrible, they gave me an oral estimate of $843, after checking with other dealership i found out they were trying to do services already preformed to the vehicle. They refused to give me a written estimate, i spent over 4 hours and came out with a $352 bill. Never again!

Service was bad my battery was all corroded when I came back from vacation, and I had to replace the battery I called the dealership! They told me they would speak to the sales manger and never called me back, I tried calling back and no one answer the phone.

Terrible inventory, charming associates. Perfect recipe for a blooming business. Brought up an issue with my vehicle NOT EVEN A MONTH, was told to bring it in. Took it in, and service dept took note of issue and brushed it off, stating it was because of the “newness”. Long story short, company told me they don’t recall my visit and ended up paying a large sum of money for a vehicle bought less than 90 days ago.

The lack of professionalism of this employee is unbelievable. He takes after the general manager, Jared Dively wo is unfit for his role. It just goes to show how a poor leader can impact other employees. He will raise his voice and disrespect customers. His attitude and personality bring shame to the VW brand. There's no need for disrespect, you're in a service role. My vehicle was telling me that I was due for an annual service but only had 3,000 miles on the vehicle. I arrived and the advisor checked to confirm that I was truly due for service. He said that I was. He called 2 hours later stating that it turned out that I was in fact not due for service. He stated that the technician reset my service indicator, which in fact had not been performed.

The service guy was not friendly and made me feel not appreciated. His tone was rude and he spoke to me sometimes with his back towards me. Not very customer friendly. I also had to wait 2 hours for a break job.

The technician wanted to charge me for every single thing. Even things that I’ve brought my car in for in the past. I was able to google and fix the Apple car play myself. I thought my warranty was 75k miles but was told it was 72k so I missed my warranty for these minor things by 2k miles. I dropped my car off for a 9:30 pip change appt. and it was not ready until 4pm! The car wash looked like my 8 year old son washed it. Worst experience I’ve ever had there and I’ve been coming there since I purchased my car in 2018.

Did not feel welcomed upon first contact with advisor inside. I advised that I had an appointment, but advisor failed to check appointment and all noted details for visit. Instead started informing me of prices after it was stated that there was a service plan. Overall felt rushed throughout the process even after repeating that I had an appointment with all notes and service plan included.

My brother wet there to see if can get car he saw on there website. The salesperson told him they only have they won't have that one and tried to shove him into the most expensive modal. When called thyvsiad it right herein thelot and I can get it ready to test drive. Dishonest and vile. We will it do business with them xxxx you!
