They tried to fix my car 3 times already for the same issue which is not mt fault: Fuel Line. I couldn’t drive like that because car can get on fire with the engine bay covered on diesel. Had to tow it, not the first time I tow it for the same failure from Volkswagen reparations. Told me in order to get a refund I’d have to bring the car first and see if the problem was under the warranty. Problem was on the warranty and yet they won’t refund the tow truck money. It takes them over 3 hours to do an oil change, rotate tires, and wash your vehicle. This ain’t to mention that you go in for a simple service covered by warranty and then they try to charge you an arm and a leg for something frivolous. I DO NOT recommend this service center.
My car’s been repaired 7 times in 4 months.3 times was My car’s been repaired 7 times in 4 months. 3 times was the fuel line. It has warranty and they still charged me for a part that was suppose to be fixed. Now they won’t take my car from my house because it’s too far but I drove more than 5 times to Lakeland from Davenport with the car leaking diesel and they don’t seem to matter.
Awful customer service, made appointment car never got into garage. Had to press repeated times car finally got back into shop and supposedly fixed. I got about a quarter the way home and the dash lights came back on indicating the same problem
If you are shopping for a car, please please please do yourself a big favor and run!! The problem that needed repair has been “fixed” twice and the item needs to be repaired again. The “courtesy” cleaning is listed on the invoice, but is rarely done.
If I could give zero stars I would! I waited a week for an appt. for an oil change and tire patch. I waited in there 5 hours total. They didn't do even do the full oil change service when they claimed they were done. They had to take the car back in to rotate the tires and do the fuel injector cleaner. When they called me the next day to ask about the service I told them what happened. I was told the service manager would call me. Every single repair I have ever needed from this dealership has taken 3 times as long as other repair shops. It is a ridiculous waste of time. It takes 45 minutes to an hour just to get the car even looked at to begin the process. When a customer asks for estimates on when repairs will be done “soon” is not a good answer when there is an hour and a half left of work to do.
