Worst experience ever! Understaffed. Bad customer service. I will never go back to this dealership nor buy another VW car period!!
Quite rude people here. Had to calm down the service department cause they were so upset that day apparently and had a terrible attitude. We left and went to a different dealership that day due to the overall rudeness.

Bought a brand new VW Taos. Took it back in because the check engine light was on. Was told they would have to replace the fuel pump, but we would have to wait 3 weeks for the part, so we took the Taos back home (apparently it was still drivable). We returned to have the pump installed, but after we left the check engine light came back on, so back to the dealer. Then they tell us the engine needs a new part. Would not recommend lack of Knowledge Then tell you two different things they don’t know the server visor don’t really know what he’s talking about
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I dropped off my car to get serviced. I had a half tank of fuel when I got back in my gas light was on. Also had somethings missing from under the passenger seat. When I bought this to the attention to the GM he went crazy on the phone. Yelling was the main thing. I could not get another word in. He just kept yelling and yelling. So very unprofessional. Dealer plate scratched my car. Finance mgr hard sold Zurich shield which is a poor product
The Service Department supported by the General Manager has no integrity. These are dishonest bullies that treat customers horribly. Service Manager made an offer to test my car at no charge to me for a well-known defect regarding excessive oil burn. Then when I showed up to my appointment, they wanted to charge me over $200. Paid over 1000 dollars 3 yrs ago for a timing belt they said was dried and cracked. They also changed the water pump. Went and had my oil changed.and they said I need a water pump and they said that the water pump was only covered for a year. It didn't even have 20000 miles on it. They are the biggest rip off
Absolute disappointment - They failed to have car ready when promised three different times. Work wasn't done when they finally said it was ready. Tried to quadriple price after I approved estimate
