3.5 hour oil change, something mysteriously ended up missing out of my car. Car wasn’t washed too well either!
Will no longer use this business. It's not about good service but how to make money with the littles effort. We told them about the issues we where having only to be charged $300 for verifying said issues without any actual work whatsoever performed. Used business for many years. Management changed and so did the service. To bad.
Didn't deliver on their promises to fix the problem. Spent $1400.00 to correct issue but still there.
This was the third request for a survey. I did not want to do another survey for this dealership but since I still did not get any courtesy call from anyone from this place so I thought I should. I was told that my car was not covered under extended warranty for valve cover gasket. Both GM and the service manager were extremely rude and hung up the phone while I was trying to explain to them that it should be covered under diesel extended warranty. Customer service was unacceptable due to coupons presented not being accepted by the dealership when 2 were presented by the customer
Nice guys, but we are very disappointed with our new 2022 Taos. Its been in for service multiple times regarding a check engine light and faulty fuel pump system and hose. Thankfully the dealership provides us with a loaner while they have our car, but we are beginning to lose confidence that this car can get us from point A to B without having a problem that lands us back in the shop. I expected better from VW.

Unhelpful. Did not resolve my issue. Wanted to charge 3k to “look” into the issue that “might fix it”
There is never a loaner car available. $1300+ in repairs plus rental car expense. At least none in my last three visits. I guess your appointment needs to be made according to loaner car availability.
