Several service appointments never fixed vehicle cared more about money than fixing problem. Never going back
Took car there 8 times never fixed problem, took to a different place fixed on first try.
The service rep that helped us out was great. He informed us of everything that was needed. Once the dealership took the car for service he kept us informed and what was even nicer was that he was classy and courteous.
Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. Michelle was the salesperson and she was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, no complaints there. But, I had and appointment to see a Volkswagen Atlas. I drove 2 hours from Fort Myers to see it. We test drive the vehicle, while driving the tire low presser sensor came on the dash. Dealer lost my vehicle and was very nonchalant about the situation. The service Advisor was also Very rude when question about my vehicle were asked.
Six days to do a wheel bearing, which they couldn’t get apart. So it cost me another $900 dollars for a whole hub assembly. When I picked up car we drove for 5 miles took car back because car was not right.
The phone system is horrible. No one answers. It is automated. It gives options for service, sales and parts. No option for finance or any other department. When you opt for any of those three, no one answers. If you need someone in finance, they tell you to call and leave a message, but there is no way to get to the finance phone messaging service. Made a snap diagnosis that was going to cost $2500 to fix. Took it to another VW dealer, they said absolutely zero issues.
Slow service, lack of communication and incomplete work. It took my vehicle being completely unsafe to drive for repairs to be complete.
