i came from oil change and some many new new issues i have to come out pocket ans is not related to nothing i did .
Lakeland Service the WORST! ! 3 hour oil change, then give you a 1600.00 est of things that are not even wrong with car. For example daughter had them put new tire on due to puncture tire 3 months ago today rec’d 4 new tires, new brakes that they claim were fine 3 months ago.. You guys need to better if you want customers to trust your repair estimates.. Take notes on customer service at Lakeland Toyota. Good & Honest service!

Had an appointment at 10 yesterday, I was there again for over 2 hrs. I understand your short handed but replacing a broken, glass holder and checking a clearcoat issue takes that long. Why do you make appointments?
Although Michelle from sales was very good and the process was seamless, including the financing, we were disappointed with one aspect of the transaction. We purchased a 2018 BMW that had been traded in at the dealership. The car was pristine. We purchased it and drove it home. All was well until the next day. The car’s interior smelled of cigarettes. Even with an appointment I still was at the dealership for 2 hrs. Just and oil change and tire rotation. Also gad to drive back to the dealership because a light saying pressure lost came on. Last time I had to go back because a light came on after I left. Gas is almost $5 a gallon and I live in Haines City. These things should be taken care of before the car is released. Not only is it and inconvenience but very time consuming.
Upon arriving at the Volkswagen dealership I noticed at first glance all employees were ducked off into separate corners of the establishment. We came in and everybody just stared at us instead of asking how could they assist us which is basic courtesy of a professional establishment. I had to ask for assistance which is ridiculous considering how many employees were present. They were rude took so long as we call To make a appointment and the lady said the oil change was supposed to be free Because the warranty we paid forgot there the guy said it wasn’t iand was rude about everything we will not probably go back there again
The car is continue with the problem front suspension or tire. Feel vibration. Is 2019 have warranty and I paid insurance for the tire. I need to fix the problem.
