Service isn't as personal as it used to be. It's all business, little to no heart.
Return service for same issue and the problem was not fixed. I live in Kissimmee and the hassle to drive is too much
When l picked up my car it had more miles than l left, it was driven around. There were 3 new names connected to apple car play.
Poor communication, terrible phone switch board and they don’t call you back. Poor pricing, I was quoted a job it then DOUBLED in price when they found it was an insurance claim. Poor workmanship, car was in the shop for 6 weeks, returned, engine leaked oil. Took it back to be told that they had not sealed the oil pan correctly. Apparently fixed. Still leaked engine oil. Until recently, I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with Lakeland VW. Matt, one of the service representatives, is a consummate professional, timely, communicates well and seems genuinely interested in providing a great customer service experience. The customer service from Katlyn was great. However being told that the car needed a new engine air filter and a new cabin air filter without them having been removed for inspection seems pretty fishy in my opinion. Additionally for a coolant alarm to go off immediately after leaving the shop when they were asked to check all of the fluid levels also seems like it shouldn’t have happened.
It took 2. 5 hrs for an oil change. Poor service, made us wait because they were short staff. They should have called us and we could have re-scheduled!
My car had a braking issue that I pointed out on three different occasions... the first two it was dismissed as nothing, the third time a service technician found the issues, wish I knew his name because he deserves recognition. He listend to my complaints numerous occasions and kept going back to the vehicle until he found it. It was a brake and rotor issue that was apart of a recall that nobody seemed to be aware of. I came in for a recall on my vehicle when I arrived ask for an oil change too . 2 hours later they tell me my car is complete the oil change is done and that they noticed that I have a recall On my car and I need to bring it back . I told them that was the point of me being my vehicle to get serviced and I had to wait another hour hours
