Terrible service! Started out by dealing with Shelly Baker who is their supposed “Customer first impression specialist.” Nothing special about her at all. She’s incapable of telephone calls and pushed me off on Anthony in finance who was even more inept than she was. Tried calling Jared Diveley, the GM twice, even left messages about my dissatisfaction and he never phoned back. I had money in hand ready to purchase and not a single person phoned me back. Im not satisfied or happy with how this dealership treated my deal. First of all I went and never got treated with enthusiasm nor got tang kind of information on the vehicles on the lot. I found the battery on my vehicle was old, battery was from 2019 (old battery’s are a safety issue) I asked the sales guy to please check to see what could be done and he never gave me an update or anything he just avoid my concern. I came to Dealer to replace all 4 tires and One rim got scratched and I have to make another appointment to fix their mistake
167 miles put on my car mysteriously while in for service. Returned vehicle with less than half tank of gas, when dropped off with full tank. Scratch, down to primer on drivers door. Car covered in sap and grease. Greasy handprints on interior (newly tinted) windows. Interior drivers door plastic scuffed/scraped up. Was told manager would call us to make it all right. Too expensive to take your car here for service. They will do all they can to get the maximum amount of money out of your pocket. First the report will show a different price for a service and when you go to pay you are presented a different price
Made online appointment, but that doesn’t guarantee you a time. It’s first come first serve. That’s useless if you plan to wait on the car.
Let me start by saying the sales process was nice. I have no complaints, negotiations were good, felt like I got a good price, etc... However, the issues I have are post sales. No more than 12 hours later, the check engine light, TPMS light, Stability control light, etc... came on in the car. I sent a text simply stating, "I think we have a problem here." As a vw owner I want to maintain my car to the best of my ability. At my vw back home we get service deals, oil changes are currently $89 standard, and overall just cheaper. This location is about making the most amount of money they can out of you. Really disappointed because it’s taking advantage of customers. There’s no good reason this vw dealer charges double the price that my dealer does back home. This is because of the manager, not the employees. Love VW, but not this dealer.
Lakeland VW will take advantage to charge customers which was included with the parts ( Battery)that you purchased from them .
