Incompetent staff and bad service. 12/7/2022 I went for a 60k service and it took 2.5 hours. Turned out that they left the key from our car in other’s customer car what had already left and they weren’t able to reach him out. But no one told us about this, they just kept us waiting, trying to contact that client during this time. I didn’t have time so we left without our car. The appearance of the dealership was fine. There was only 1 car inside the showroom floor so the service department customers could not become future new car buyers. Below,,, the service department icon has a listing of only ( Matthew Lindberg ). 1 person. HE WAS NOT the person that I saw OR dealt with. The Service Representative that I saw was KATLYN OLDHAM. An unprofessional sour note for your dealership.
Very poor communication. Have been told my vehicle is fine twice when I leave but have been called twice to come back to check again. The last time they ordered a part and then when I went they said I would have to come back again to put I another part. Was not helpful when trying to schedule another one.
Long wait. Not all requested work was completed. For second time they did not rotate tires which was prepaid at purchase

Car has been in multiple times and your dealership is unable to fix it. This is an on going problem with this dealership for years. My next purchase will not be any VW brand.
Worst service ever. Katie was horrible. I would never recommend anyone to Lakeland Volkwagen because the service was crap.
I brought my 2011 Tiguan in for an oil change and tire rotation. I signed an estimate for $103 for the repairs. After waiting 1 hour, the Service Writer Tony McCalla brought out an oil drain plug that was completely stripped of threads. Tony stated that they did not strip the threads and that I would have to pay for the replacement of the oil pan.
