Incorrect price quoted. Work order Incorrect and included services that were not requested. No follow-up on resolution
Sales department is good, but service department is lacking. I needed a tire replaced asap but they were not able to do it for a few several days.
Disgusted with the service. Had it in 12/26 for oil change and tire rotation. Took home and did not drive till Tuesday 1/3. Oil light came on and thought maybe it just wasn’t topped off. Put in a quart in and drove again on Thursday 1/5 and Tuesday 1/8. Oil light came back on. I called and they said to bring it in the next day. Told them it was either the filter or drain plug. 4 hours later I bring the car home and parked outside to check the garage floor, it’s carpeted but no longer. Awful experience, did not live up to agreements. Poor knowledge of warranty & nav. System. Would not recommend.
Service was done in our car and after many days and no one call us to let us know. Finally when we call the dealer the receptionist didn't know where was our car. After we paid our Large Bill and we proceeded to take our car back home We had to turn around because we got a light came on and the car wasn't working right. The Second bill they try to stick to us was outrageous. Sincerely One very on happy Customer!
They keep telling me there is nothing wrong like im making it up. I have had the car in many tumes since i bought it but they cant find the problem. Im afraid the car will hurt my family
Problem not solved. Numerous attempts to contact dealer, either get disconnected during phone call or after being forwarded. Tried email, went to car leasing no reply. Tried texting 3 times no reply. I have SPENT $1800.00 same problem. Engine lite still on. Very frustrated and annoyed can not get a response from dealer. Just want vehicle repaired. I took my brand new car in for my first oil change. The appointment was early in the morning and I even dropped it off the night before but they didnt finish up until late afternoon. This would have been fine but the car still wasn't ready when I came to get it. They'd said they just needed to reset the oil life... except I found this morning they didn't do it. Hello. Came in for a recall on motor rod. Left in a donut tire do to tech cutting the passenger tire. Returned Monday to get the new tire out on. Asked for the new tire to go to the back and rotate the 2 in front to the back. Didn’t happen. Also Tech left grease on my door in several spots, left the tire all dirty and white cream grease all over tire and wheel. This was my first time here and will be my last. Seems like the tech can’t seem to do a great job. Thank you.
