To slow and too expensive. Took 2 hours plus for an oil change and cabin filter.
My service was incomplete. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Only the oil change was completed.
Mechanics failed to properly install my battery. They never tested the voltage and they left the plastic cap on the terminal. They were going to charge me nearly $170 for diagnostics? This dealership is not to be trusted.
Awful customer service! acted like they did us a favor by not diagnosing properly did not listen to us just blamed us terrible
3 hours for an oil change WITH a scheduled appointment. Also have to remind them about my service warranty every time.
Would not recommend their service department. They tried to over charge me for items and did not do what they said they would.
I took my car in for an engine noise. Picked it up after service. As I was driving off the lot, I heard the same noise I took it in for. I have to take it back a 2nd time.
They keep sending me text messages until I do this so I decided to stop the messages
Did not appreciate your checking out anything other than what I asked for I don,t believe what you charged for the little part you replaced I feel that was robbery I will certainly try not to come back there fFor anything else or recommend you to any of my acquaintances
