Fourth time been in trying to get my oil leaked fixed. $1000 later and two gaskets…. Yea. Asked them to check out my AC and my trunk latch as it had been playing up yet neither were looked at. It was Saturday at 4pm so I can understand why I was “rushed” out. Won’t be back!
Charged me for a service I didn’t approve of. Nor did they communicate the costs
Terrible pricing! No priority to make things logical and convenient for the customer. Confusing bait n switch billing.

I've run into several issues recently. Bottom line is that I've sent my daughter in (it's her car) to have work done and I feel she is being misled. We asked for new tires -would always assume they were the tires we had - we were quoted one price and then they put totally different and more expensive tires on. She also went in for an oil light and they drained her brake lines - even though we had just had her brakes replaced a few months back - where they should have bled them. They repair they said I needed I went to another dealership and it did not have any leaks. They lied to be I have bought 4 cars here but I guess I will have to find another dealership to do business with moving forward. I was shocked by the dishonest.
Bought 2013 volkswagen Atlas and has door issues and they refused to help me or get another vehicle. I will never shop here again
I have had my Atlas Cross Sport brought back 6 times for speaker issues. For all of my issues they offered to put some gas in my tank. They put a 1/4 tank of gas. After 6 trips back to rectify an issue that is not my doing, I get less than a 1/2 of tank of gas. I am so over this location. I feel like I have been be very accommodating. I in good conscience could not recommend this VW dealership.
Hello good afternoon, I had no problems with service. I was in and out. But I was charged $140 dollars for an oil change. That's ridiculous, the highest I ever paid actually. I think that's a bit much. I have a 2012 VW beetle and only need 6 quarts of oil. Service rep at the front counter told me it was $129. Which is still high but I agreed to pay. She also threw in a FREE courtesy car wash. And my total was $139. She said it was "tax". That's insane. A month prior I came in for a diagnostic and that was $169. In all servic... read more
