Dealer suggested that air filter should be replaced when a new one was installed 2 days before. They suggested additional work that did not need to be done. Will net be returning to this dealer for any work.
Over charging for repair - 2300 over 1300 at 2 other shops - The car has been a nightmare - Germans can’t make reliable cars no more ?
The service tried to do FRAUD with a service than my card didn't need
You guys left the hose from the engine to radiator out . Messed up my car even more
Too expensive. Brandon is cheaper. The service was I little bit slow but the installation was good
They tried to scam me saying I needed a fuel pump and a bunch of other repairs to fix my car totaling almost 4 thousand dollars. The problem ended up being a 60$ fuel filter that not one of the technicians listed or talked about. All they were concerned about is making the most money off me. If I could give them less then 1 star I would
I was very dissatisfied with my service, I had an appointment scheduled for that day and it took over 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I am unsure of why an appointment would be booked at the dealership is too busy to handle it.
Typical dealership. High service rates but did not nor could they GET the parts needed
