I have had the worst experience last few months. Brought three cars in for service. Two now have had all the services suggested; now have engine lights and epc lights on. Third car is now apparently inoperable. All three cars have been manufactured in last six years!!! Completely unacceptable.

I want for oil change and tire rotation took them over 2 hours ti complete. When I arrived I asked how long it’s gonna take the answer was 1 h the most 1 hour and a half. I waited 2.5 hurs.
Scheduled service oil change which was told would take an hour instead took over 3 hours would not recommend
The only reason we had to come back again was because the repair was done incorrectly the first time. Can't say I'd recommend the service here but it's the only volkswagen dealer in the area.
Losing trust. Repeat visits for same issue, even next day after service. Still not fixed.
I called to make sure the door handles were in for my recall. They told me yes and even put me through to the parts Dept and he confirmed they had the part. I showed up for the appt and the girl told me if I wanted to just wait it would only take 30 minutes. I sent my husband to work (he was driving me home so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait half a day) instead of getting a ride home. June 29th my 2019 VW Tiguan was dropped off at Lakeland VW and they told me I would need a new alternator, pully, and belt. which is all covered under warranty, I was told it would be ordered and arrive within 2/3 days… That was now 29 days ago and they have told me they have no idea when my car will be fixed and that parts are backordered with no date in site. I bought the vehicle here and thought that it would be the place to bring it. it was still under warranty, but they still said that my car needed other services that weren't covered under warranty. I took it to my local mechanic and he said that those services that VW said I needed weren't needed after all. I am very unsatisfied with Lakeland Volkswagen.
