Charles is the worst sales “manager” I have ever worked with. He was less than helpful when it came to my issues and even started yelling at me in front of the whole dealership. He needs to be fired and apprehended.
The less said the better. Overall very bad experience!!!! Lesson learned! Beetle owners beware for sure.

Went here first for an airbag recall never had a light on just went in to get the recall fixed they had to order a part that took quite awhile to get there but they fixed it i left with the airbag light on suddenly and didn’t have time to bring it back again. shouldn’t have left with a light that was never on my car. took it back to get other issues on my car fixed and i told they about how they left the light on and to wipe my dash of it or double check what they fixed and refused to do so without a 130 dollar charge to che... read more
They didn’t rotate tire as part of scheduled maintenance requirements when I came in for my oil change
They installed a part they didn’t need to be installed the key fob I needed a battery I didn’t check it cost me $590. I’ll never go there again.

The issue I have with the guys there at Lakeland Volks wagen is the comunication is very poor, it is always one sided thier side and collecting money. They worked on my car and really couldn't solve the problem and really never did. The repair cost me oer $5600, and if you include all the small things done before to solve the issue before they suggested the $5600 repair it cost over $6000 in total. The people there don't know how to trouble shoot the problem and just go with what ever to get you in and out & collect cash. Th... read more

My check engine light turned on right after getting a diagnostic test on my car. Took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and they told me VW left my oil cap off, causing a ton of more costly issues. Unacceptable.
