The staff is very pushy. The wait time is outta this world. 4 hours for a tire change is insane.
I have a card it’s been there for two months. I feel that’s a bit excessive.
They took my car to fix the door and it’s still rattling. The last time I was in they didn’t top off the fluids during a service. This place is terrible. Nothing but coffee offered to guest & vending machines broke. I won’t go back.

The vin number has nothing to do with the service I received thank you for wasting my time with this response cause people just carry a vin number with them how ridiculous does this sound.
My initial visit and review were positive, however, the cost and my follow-up appointment are what have deterred me. I had been referred to VW through my local mechanic, as they do not specialize in VW/European cars. I was able to get my vehicle in fairly quickly after making the appointment. I had a multitude of problems that I was not sure of and was in need of a reliable car again. Dealership over charges for services. Simple fixes that shouldn't have hidden charges. Cost per hour of labor is not readonable.
I have bought 5 new vehicle from this dealership and will not go back. Worst experience at a car dealership. Called service manager was horrible made situation worse. Tried to call someone else to notify them about problem and did not even get call back. I will be taking my business else where from now on.
This dealership is so awful to work with I traded the vehicle in elsewhere just so I wouldn’t have to deal with their service department anymore.
