Awful customer service! acted like they did us a favor by not diagnosing properly did not listen to us just blamed us terrible
3 hours for an oil change WITH a scheduled appointment. Also have to remind them about my service warranty every time.
Would not recommend their service department. They tried to over charge me for items and did not do what they said they would.
I took my car in for an engine noise. Picked it up after service. As I was driving off the lot, I heard the same noise I took it in for. I have to take it back a 2nd time.
They keep sending me text messages until I do this so I decided to stop the messages
Did not appreciate your checking out anything other than what I asked for I don,t believe what you charged for the little part you replaced I feel that was robbery I will certainly try not to come back there fFor anything else or recommend you to any of my acquaintances

Sales department is good, but service department is lacking. I needed a tire replaced asap but they were not able to do it for a few several days.
Disgusted with the service. Had it in 12/26 for oil change and tire rotation. Took home and did not drive till Tuesday 1/3. Oil light came on and thought maybe it just wasn’t topped off. Put in a quart in and drove again on Thursday 1/5 and Tuesday 1/8. Oil light came back on. I called and they said to bring it in the next day. Told them it was either the filter or drain plug. 4 hours later I bring the car home and parked outside to check the garage floor, it’s carpeted but no longer.
