i will not go back to this dealership. they lost my business. service manager liar

service manager gio is a liar. we had a telephone conversationin which he made service commitments to me, and when i brought my vehicle to my service appointment, they told me that information was false. they called gio in front of me, and gio denied ever speaking to me. so now gio is a two-time liar
Horrible went in for warranty work and they charged me for a job that I should not been charged for
It took 5 visits where I reported the same problem only to find out that I need my engine replaced at 102,000 miles
About 6 months ago I spent over $2000 to repair my car for an oil leak. A couple weeks ago, I took my car back in for the same issue. They did over $1000 worth of services and repairs on my car before telling me I needed a new engine that would cost $18,000. The car wasn't worth half of that. I traded it in for a Toyota Camry at a Toyota dealership.
It was horrible. The service consultant was only interested on selling me a wheel alignment that I did not need
