Went in for oil change, tranny flush, brake job and spark plug. Next day found the oil on the garage floor. Had to return to get fixed whatever they did or forgot to do. All I get for the trouble is apology but no credit or discount on my 1200 dollars bill for the job not well done. Now, I am not sure if I can trust the workmanship at the shop.
Spoke with him personally, and he was very pleasant and said he would do just exactly as I asked and told me he would give me a call back. It's been probably three weeks and I haven't heard from him yet. In the meantime, I have purchased another vehicle at another dealership, followed through with their promises.
The dealership its self was okay but the Michelle the sales person was very unprofessional with certain comments. In my opinion I don’t believe it is necessary to tell a someone “ if I don’t feel comfortable with how you’re driving my vehicle I’m going to have you pull over so I can take over to head back to the dealership and ending the test drive”. Hunter was ok, the finance manager was terrible. He was pushy and condescending. He did not like the idea of me having my own financing. Worst of all his appearance and his way of doing business was terrible. This was a super easy sale. I left the dealership without knowing anything but driving it out of the dealership. The car was poorly detailed and that's why I won't recommend this place for any business. I traveled over 80 miles to get the car and I left the lot disappointed. Thank you for your time.
Had a set appt with Michelle, when we got there she couldn't work with us because she started with another customer so we then sat either Will. And I leased two cars from them prior and they didn't even have that in their system correct. Not sure why they couldn't pull that up by just my name..?
Lack of customer support through contact or conversation. More worried and concerned on who had done prior work on the vehicle rather than why it was brought to them. Loved the Atlas but $1500 to fix a headlamp. We brought 5 VW from this dealership but the service department has made my mind up to never purchase another one from this dealership.
The service writers are always professional and kind. However, it took me 5 visits and negotiation on the price to replace all four rotors and brakes on a car that was less than 18 months old and had less than 15000 miles on it.
I would not recommend this establishment for service I had a bad experience for anyone
It was my first big purchase as a young adult and I felt as if they could have cared less. The car came without a spare set of keys and without an owner’s manual, to which they did not try to offer a solution to. I felt rushed and not respected as a customer.
